These keto peanut butter and jelly cookies are a delicious low-carb twist on the classic treat.
With a soft peanut butter base and a sweet strawberry jam center, they make a perfect guilt-free dessert or snack.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, egg, and powdered sweetener, stirring until the dough is smooth and well blended.
Divide the dough into 10 equal portions, rolling each one into a ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Press each ball gently with your hand to flatten slightly, then use the back of a spoon or your thumb to create a small indentation in the center.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of strawberry jam into each indentation.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the cookies turn golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let them cool completely, and enjoy!
Notes
For a different flavor, swap the strawberry jam for raspberry or blackberry jam.
Ensure the peanut butter is sugar-free and keto-friendly for the best results.
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days.
