Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet AU Jus Gravy seasoning
  • ½ stick butter
  • 5-6 pepperoncini

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chuck roast on all sides until it develops a golden-brown crust.
  • Place the roast in a slow cooker and sprinkle the ranch seasoning and AU Jus Gravy seasoning evenly over the meat.
  • Add the butter on top and arrange the pepperoncini around the roast.
