  • 2 lbs steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Prepare the Steak: Generously season the steak pieces with salt and pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to enhance tenderness.
  • Melt the Butter: In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter until fully liquefied.
  • Coat the Steak: Add the garlic powder and steak bites to the melted butter, tossing well to evenly coat each piece with the buttery garlic mixture.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Spread the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
