  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetener
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter and sugar-free chocolate chips. Microwave in short 30-second intervals, stirring between each until completely melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the powdered sweetener and heavy cream, mixing well until fully incorporated. If adding nuts or a pinch of salt, mix them in at this stage.
  • Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined dish, spreading evenly.
  • Place in the freezer and let it set until firm. Once hardened, slice into bite-sized squares and enjoy your keto-friendly fudge!
