Ingredients
  

  • 4 thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 3 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter and evenly spread it on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then lay it in the prepared dish.
  • Layer the ingredients by adding chopped broccoli, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing over the chicken. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar on top to create a cheesy crust.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm. Enjoy this keto casserole as a satisfying, low-carb meal!

Notes

  • Substitute cauliflower for broccoli if you prefer a different low-carb veggie.
  • For extra richness, add cream cheese or heavy cream to the ranch dressing.
