Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 3 cups broccoli fresh
  • ¼ cup chicken broth homemade or store-bought
  • ½ cup soy sauce coconut aminos as a substitute
  • 3 tbsps erythritol Stevia or other sweeteners work well, too
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced or paste
  • 1 tsp ginger fresh
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum optional
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds other seeds or chopped nuts are fine

Instructions
 

  • Get your skillet hot with the sesame and olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add your chicken and let it sizzle, stirring until it's golden brown and cooked through (about 7-10 minutes). Set aside and keep warm.
  • While the chicken rests, mix up the sauce in a separate bowl: combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, erythritol, garlic, ginger, xanthan gum, and sesame seeds.
  • Toss the broccoli into the same skillet, cover it, and let it steam until tender (about 5 minutes).
  • Bring the chicken back to the skillet to rejoin the broccoli.
  • Pour your delicious sauce over everything and stir well to coat.
  • Keep cooking and stirring until the sauce thickens and clings to the chicken and broccoli.
  • Once everything is coated and cooked through, dish it out and sprinkle with a few extra sesame seeds for garnish.
