Keto Caramel Chocolate Recipe

This keto-friendly caramel chocolate is a perfect low-carb treat with layers of rich, sugar-free caramel and smooth dark chocolate. With just a few ingredients and simple steps, you can create a delicious sweet snack that satisfies cravings while staying within your macros.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup low-carb chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar-free caramel sauce
  • Sea salt

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Pour a small amount of the melted chocolate into 16 individual 1"x1" molds, ensuring it coats the bottom. Lightly tap the molds on the counter to distribute the chocolate evenly.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for about 5 minutes until the chocolate hardens. Once set, drizzle the sugar-free caramel sauce over the chocolate layer and return the molds to the freezer for another 5 minutes.
  • Reheat the remaining chocolate in short 15-second bursts in the microwave, then pour it over the caramel layer to seal. Sprinkle a touch of sea salt on top for added flavor and return to the freezer for 10 minutes to fully set.
  • Store the finished caramel chocolates in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!
