Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pecans
  • 3 tbsp keto brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the keto brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and cayenne (if using), stirring until evenly blended. Set aside.
  • Heat a dry pan over medium heat and add the pecans, stirring occasionally until they start to develop a fragrant aroma and turn slightly darker in color.
  • Pour the prepared sweetener mixture over the pecans, quickly stirring to coat them evenly. Remove from heat as soon as the pecans are fully coated.
  • Transfer the coated pecans onto a parchment-lined dish in a single layer and allow them to cool completely before handling. They will be extremely hot at first, so avoid touching them immediately.
