Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz thinly sliced beef sirloin or tenderloin
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp beef broth
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1-2 tsp sweetener
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp xanthan gum

Instructions
 

  • Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the avocado oil. Sear the beef until browned, then remove it from the pan and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat slightly and cook the broccoli until it becomes tender yet still crisp.
  • Add the soy sauce, beef broth, sweetener, garlic, and ginger to the pan, stirring well. Sprinkle in the xanthan gum slowly while stirring to avoid clumps. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
  • Return the cooked beef to the pan, stir well to coat with the sauce, and let it heat through for another minute.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

  • To prevent xanthan gum from clumping, sprinkle it evenly while stirring.
  • For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes or a dash of sesame oil before serving.
  • Serve alone for a low-carb meal or pair with cauliflower rice for a more filling keto option.
