Keto Air Fried Steak Recipe
This keto air-fried steak is a simple and flavorful way to enjoy a perfectly cooked, juicy steak with a crispy seared exterior. Using minimal ingredients and an air fryer, this recipe delivers a delicious, protein-packed meal that fits perfectly into a keto lifestyle.

8 oz steak strip or ribeye preferred 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil 1/8 tsp thyme 1/8 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp parsley Salt & pepper to taste

Allow the steak to come to room temperature by setting it out for about 30 minutes.
Coat both sides of the steak with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F, then place the steak inside and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip the steak over and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with the parsley.
Once the steak is done, drizzle it with the melted herb butter and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
This recipe is designed for a 1-inch thick steak cooked to medium-rare.
For medium, increase the cooking time to 6 minutes per side.
For medium-well, cook for 7 minutes per side.
