Keto Air Fried Steak Recipe

This keto air-fried steak is a simple and flavorful way to enjoy a perfectly cooked, juicy steak with a crispy seared exterior. Using minimal ingredients and an air fryer, this recipe delivers a delicious, protein-packed meal that fits perfectly into a keto lifestyle.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz steak strip or ribeye preferred
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Allow the steak to come to room temperature by setting it out for about 30 minutes.
  • Coat both sides of the steak with olive oil, then season generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F, then place the steak inside and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the steak over and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with the parsley.
  • Once the steak is done, drizzle it with the melted herb butter and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • This recipe is designed for a 1-inch thick steak cooked to medium-rare.
  • For medium, increase the cooking time to 6 minutes per side.
  • For medium-well, cook for 7 minutes per side.
