Homemade Protein Power Juicing Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale leaves
  • 1 small head broccoli
  • 1 large stalk celery
  • 1/2 bunch collard greens
  • 1 tablespoon hempseed

Instructions
 

  • Peel, cut, deseed, and/or chop the ingredients as needed for easier juicing.
  • Place a container under the juicer’s spout to collect the juice.
  • Feed the first four ingredients (kale, broccoli, celery, and collard greens) one at a time into the juicer.
  • Stir the hempseed into the juice once extracted.
  • Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately for the best flavor and nutrient retention.
