Homemade Ginger Beet Juicing Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium beets
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1- inch piece of fresh gingerroot

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until the mixture is as smooth as possible.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer, using a spoon or spatula to press out as much juice as possible.
  • Discard the pulp, pour the juice into glasses, and serve immediately.
