Instructions
Microwave onion, chorizo, and garlic in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened (approximately 5 minutes). Transfer to the slow cooker.
Add potatoes, clam juice, tomatoes, and wine to the slow cooker. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 5 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the broth is richly flavored.
