Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 16-ounce package frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ground turkey, water, brown rice, and dried rosemary in a large Dutch oven. Using a spoon or spatula, break up the ground turkey and stir the mixture until the turkey is evenly distributed.
  • Place the Dutch oven over high heat and bring the contents to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes, add the frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower combination to the Dutch oven. Stir to combine the ingredients and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is complete, remove the Dutch oven from the heat and allow the homemade dog food to cool to room temperature.
  • After cooling, portion the food into suitable containers and refrigerate until ready to serve to your furry friend.
