Dip both slices of bread into the mixture, letting each side absorb the liquid.

Add the soaked bread and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through.
Transfer the French toast to a cutting board and slice it into small pieces. Place the pieces in a bowl.
