High-Protein Frozen Coffee 'Cino

This high-protein frozen coffee drink is a perfect dessert-like treat without added sugar, fat, or cream. Blended to perfection, it creates a naturally creamy foam, making it a refreshing and satisfying beverage.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice dairy-free if needed
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules decaf works
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sweetener of choice optional
  • Whipped topping if desired

Instructions
 

  • Add the protein powder, milk, instant coffee, and sweetener (if using) into a high-speed blender.
  • Blend for about a minute or until everything is completely mixed and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a tall glass and allow it to sit for 1 to 2 minutes so that the foam naturally separates.
  • If desired, top with whipped topping. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker, frostier shake, replace half of the milk with ½ cup of crushed ice before blending.
