Equipment

  • Large pitcher
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Citrus juicer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle 750 ml dry rosé wine
  • Juice of 1 small lemon about 3 tablespoons
  • Juice of 1 small lime about 1½ tablespoons
  • ¼ cup Grand Marnier or similar orange liqueur such as Cointreau
  • ¼ cup brandy
  • cups fresh strawberries quartered
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Ice for serving
  • Additional strawberries and raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix Base Ingredients: In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine, lemon juice, lime juice, Grand Marnier, and brandy. Stir until well blended.
  • Add Fruit: Gently fold in the strawberries and raspberries, mixing them evenly throughout the liquid.
  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours to allow the flavors to infuse. For the best results, let it rest overnight.
  • Serve: When ready to serve, add ice to glasses. Pour sangria over the ice and spoon some of the infused berries into each glass. Add extra fresh fruit on top if desired.

Notes

Frozen Fruit Tip: To keep the sangria cold without watering it down, use frozen berries instead of ice cubes.
Customization: Feel free to use other berries or citrus juices for a personal twist while keeping it light and refreshing.
Alcohol-Free Option: Substitute the wine and spirits with sparkling water and white grape juice for a mocktail version.
