Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt dairy or dairy-free
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/3 cup granola

Instructions

  • Prepare Your Baking Sheet: Place a sheet of parchment paper over a baking tray to prevent sticking.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract until evenly blended.
  • Spread the Mixture: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined tray, spreading it into a smooth layer about 1/2-inch thick.
  • Add Toppings: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries and granola over the yogurt layer. Lightly press the toppings so they adhere.
  • Freeze the Bark: Place the tray in the freezer and leave it for 2–3 hours, or until the yogurt is completely firm.
  • Break and Serve: Once frozen solid, break the yogurt bark into smaller pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Variations

  • Berry Medley: Use a mix of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries instead of just strawberries.
  • Tropical Treat: Add slices of kiwi, chunks of peach, and a sprinkle of shredded coconut for a tropical vibe.
  • Crunchy Nut Option: Incorporate chopped nuts such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts for added texture and protein.

Notes

Full-fat Greek yogurt delivers the creamiest results, but low-fat or nonfat options are also suitable if desired. Feel free to experiment with fruits and granola varieties to create your favorite combination!
