  • 4 thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 4 slices sugar-free bacon
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp tallow or clarified butter for greasing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Prepare the chicken roll-ups: Lightly season the chicken breasts with salt. Roll each chicken breast tightly, then wrap a slice of bacon around each roll, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  • Grease the air fryer basket: Lightly grease the air fryer basket with tallow or clarified butter.
  • Cook the chicken roll-ups: Place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
