Ingredients
  

  • cup cottage cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ½ lime juiced
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes optional

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mash the ripe avocado using a fork or potato masher.
  • Add the cottage cheese, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and cumin to the mashed avocado.
  • Mix everything together until smooth and well combined.
  • If desired, stir in diced tomatoes for added texture and color.
