Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce vermouth
  • 2 splashes peach bitters

Citrus Gin and Tonic:

  • 2 splashes orange bitters

Floral Gin and Tonic:

  • 1/2 ounce rose water
  • Drop of lavender essence
  • 1/2 ounce peach liqueur

Apple Cinnamon Gin and Tonic:

  • 1/2 ounce apple juice
  • 1/2 ounce cinnamon liqueur
  • Dash of ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour in 2 ounces of gin.
  • Top with 4 ounces of tonic water, stirring gently to combine.
