  • 2 small ramekins

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup clarified butter for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.
  • Prepare the egg mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, water, and salt until smooth.
  • Pour into ramekins: Lightly grease two ramekins with a bit of clarified butter. Pour the egg mixture evenly into them.
  • Cook in the air fryer: Place ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook at 300°F for 10–12 minutes, or until the pudding is set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  • Butter drizzle: While the pudding cooks, melt the clarified butter in a small saucepan or microwave.
  • Serve: Drizzle the melted butter over the finished pudding and serve warm.
