Prepare the roasted grapes: In a 9 × 13-inch baking dish, combine the grapes, honey, butter, and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Bake until the grapes begin to blister and release their juices, about 15–20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
