Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Swiss chard leaves
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/4 small head red cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Peel, cut, deseed, and/or chop all the ingredients as needed to fit into your juicer.
  • Place a container under the juicer’s spout to catch the juice.
  • Feed the Swiss chard, carrots, apple, and cabbage into the juicer, one at a time.
  • Stir the freshly squeezed lemon juice into the extracted juice to enhance flavor and freshness.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately for the best flavor and nutrient content.
