  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder, stirring well.
  • Prepare Wet Mixture: In a separate large bowl, mix the mashed banana, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a dough forms. If too dry, add a little more mashed banana or peanut butter.
  • Shape Cookies: Form the dough into 12 small balls and place them on the baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork or spoon.
  • Bake: Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Cool & Serve: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy!
