  • 4 ripe peaches sliced
  • 2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 1-inch piece of fresh ginger peeled and finely grated
  • 1 bottle 750 ml of rosé wine
  • 4 ounces elderflower liqueur e.g., St-Germain
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Sparkling water for topping
  • Fresh mint or basil leaves for garnish

Variations:

Mixed Fruit Option:

  • Swap peaches with sliced apples strawberries, or pears for a personalized twist.

Alcohol-Free Version:

  • Replace rosé wine with sparkling white grape juice and grapefruit juice.
  • Use elderflower syrup instead of liqueur for a non-alcoholic alternative.

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, mix together the peach slices, raspberries, grated ginger, rosé wine, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Stir until well combined.
  • Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator to chill until you're ready to serve.
  • When serving, add ice to individual glasses and pour the sangria mixture over the ice.
  • Top each glass with sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint or basil leaves for an extra burst of freshness.

Notes

  • If fresh peaches are unavailable, frozen ones can be used. Allow them to sit out for an hour to thaw and develop their sweetness before mixing.
