Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 1 16 oz can chili beans (drained)
  • 3 cups tortilla chips (crushed)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 2 oz can sliced black olives (drained)
  • ½ cup green onion (chopped)
  • ½ cup fresh tomato (chopped)
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese (shredded)

Instructions
 

  • Get started by setting your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Then, take a 9x13-inch baking dish and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  • Place a large skillet on your stovetop and turn the heat to medium-high. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until it's browned and crumbly. This should take around 8-10 minutes.
  • Pour the salsa into the skillet with the beef, lower the heat, and let it simmer until the liquid is absorbed. This will take approximately 20 minutes. Then, stir in the beans and cook until everything is heated through.
  • Create a base layer in your prepared baking dish by spreading the crushed tortilla chips evenly across the bottom. Spoon the beef mixture over the chips, followed by an even layer of sour cream. Sprinkle the olives, green onion, and tomatoes over the sour cream, and finish it off with a generous layer of shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer the dish to your preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and everything is heated through.
  • Once done, remove it from the oven, let it cool slightly, and then serve and enjoy!
