This easy maple-cinnamon acorn squash recipe offers a delightful combination of sweet and savory flavors, perfect for a simple side dish or holiday meal. Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the squash cut side down on the prepared baking sheet. Roast until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and carefully flip each squash half over. Drizzle the maple syrup evenly over each half and sprinkle with ground cinnamon and a pinch of kosher salt. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the center of each squash half.
