Instructions
Microwave potatoes, bell peppers, onion, tomato paste, water, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a covered bowl, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are almost tender (about 15 minutes).
Transfer vegetable mixture to the slow cooker and stir in chicken broth. Nestle the chicken sausage into the slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours until sausage and vegetables are tender.
