This quick and easy high-protein recipe is perfect for a light meal or snack.
Made with deli turkey, cheese, and fresh spinach, these roll-ups are low in carbs, packed with protein, and can be prepared in just minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices deli turkey preferably nitrate-free
  • 3 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese halved
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tbsp mustard or mayonnaise optional

Instructions
 

  • Lay out a slice of turkey on a flat surface and place half a slice of cheese on top.
  • Arrange a few spinach leaves over the cheese, then drizzle with mustard or spread mayonnaise if desired.
  • Tightly roll the turkey around the filling to form a compact roll-up. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve whole or slice into bite-sized pieces for easy snacking.
