Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

  • Warm the olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped spinach and cook for about 1-2 minutes until it wilts.
