Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 medium zucchinis sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Season the drumsticks by placing them in a large bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Prepare the baking sheet by arranging the seasoned drumsticks in a single layer.
  • Season the zucchini by using the same bowl to toss the sliced zucchini with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, along with salt and black pepper. Spread them around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the zucchini is tender. The drumsticks should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your high-protein meal.
