Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until they become fork-tender. Drain well to remove excess moisture.
  • Transfer the drained cauliflower to a blender or food processor. Add butter, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Blend until the mixture reaches a smooth, creamy consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • If using Parmesan cheese, fold it in at the end for added flavor.
