This easy high-protein meatloaf recipe is perfect for a keto-friendly meal.
Made with a combination of ground beef and pork, it uses almond flour instead of breadcrumbs for a low-carb alternative, while smoked paprika and garlic powder add depth of flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef grass-fed preferred
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened ketchup or tomato paste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat and Prep: Set the oven to 375°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, almond flour, chopped onion, egg, ketchup (or tomato paste), garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly incorporated.
  • Shape the Meatloaf: Form the mixture into a loaf shape and transfer it to the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reaches 160°F.
  • Rest and Serve: Let the meatloaf sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
