Easy High-Protein Chicken Stir-Fry with Sesame Seeds

Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
