Easy High-Protein Chicken Alfredo with Zoodles Recipe

This quick and easy high-protein recipe features tender chicken breast slices in a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce served over zucchini noodles.
It's a great low-carb alternative to traditional pasta, packed with protein and full of flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis spiralized into zoodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Warm a skillet over medium heat and add butter or olive oil. Once heated, place the sliced chicken in the pan, cooking until golden brown on the outside and fully cooked inside. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about a minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring occasionally, and let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
  • Mix in the Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens to a creamy consistency.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet along with the spiralized zucchini. Toss everything together until the zoodles are evenly coated in the Alfredo sauce.
  • Serve immediately while warm, ensuring each portion has a generous amount of sauce and chicken.

Notes

  • Swap the chicken for shrimp to add variety.
  • Enhance the dish with mushrooms for an earthy depth of flavor.
