2 cups cauliflower rice 1 chicken breast diced and cooked 1/2 cup mixed vegetables carrots, peas, optional 2 large eggs beaten 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 clove garlic minced 1 tsp grated ginger 2 green onions sliced
