Ingredients

  • 8 oz lean beef strips such as sirloin or flank steak
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small zucchini sliced
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • Sesame seeds for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef strips and stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes until browned. Transfer the beef to a plate and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the broccoli, sliced bell pepper, and zucchini. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften while maintaining some crispness.
  • Return the cooked beef to the skillet, pour in the coconut aminos, and toss everything together to coat evenly. Let it cook for another 2 minutes to blend flavors.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Protein Swap: Substitute the beef with chicken or shrimp for variety.
Flavor Boost: A squeeze of lime juice adds a tangy touch.
Serving Suggestions: Enjoy over steamed rice, cauliflower rice, or quinoa for a complete meal.
