Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz ground beef
  • 2 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 slices bacon diced
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • Steak seasoning to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to 300°F.
  • Season two muffin tin cups with steak seasoning.
  • Divide ground beef into two portions (3 oz each). Press each portion into a muffin tin cup to form a "meat receptacle." Season the top of the beef with additional steak seasoning.
  • Place the muffin tin on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • While the beef cups are baking, prepare the two fillings: for the cream cheese filling, mix the cream cheese with 1 ounce of shredded cheddar; for the bacon filling, cook the diced bacon until crispy and then combine it with 1 ounce of shredded cheddar.
  • Remove beef cups from the oven and carefully drain excess grease.
  • Fill one beef cup with the cream cheese mixture and the other with the bacon-cheese mixture.
  • Optional Topping: Top with additional shredded cheese and return to the oven for 1-2 minutes, just until melted.
