Ingredients
  

  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 large stalk celery
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 parsnip with greens
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Peel, cut, deseed, and/or chop the ingredients as needed to prepare them for juicing.
  • Place a container under the spout of your juicer to collect the juice.
  • Feed the ingredients one at a time into the juicer, in the order listed.
  • Stir the juice well to combine all flavors evenly.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately for the freshest taste.
