Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb ground beef 80% lean
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp tallow or clarified butter
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp black pepper optional for flexible carnivore

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Cook the ground beef: Place an oven-safe skillet or small dish inside the air fryer. Add tallow or clarified butter, letting it melt. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway. Season with salt (and black pepper for a flexible version).
  • Add the eggs: Create two small wells in the cooked beef and crack an egg into each.
  • Cook the eggs: Return the skillet to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain slightly runny.
  • Serve: Enjoy the beef and egg skillet straight from the pan while hot.

Notes

Variations (Flexible Carnivore Diet):
  • Cheesy Skillet: Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the beef before adding the eggs.
  • Spicy Skillet: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the beef while cooking for a spicy kick.
