Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices duck bacon sugar-free, carnivore-friendly
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp duck fat or clarified butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Cook the duck bacon: Place the duck bacon slices in the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy. Once cooked, remove and set aside.
  • Heat the skillet: In a small oven-safe skillet or air fryer-safe pan, heat the duck fat or clarified butter.
  • Crack the eggs: Carefully crack the eggs into the skillet, season with salt, and place in the air fryer. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the whites are set but the yolks remain slightly runny.
  • Assemble the skillet: Crumble the cooked duck bacon over the eggs.
  • Serve: Enjoy hot as a high-protein, zero-carb breakfast.

Notes
