Olive Citrus Sauce:
Juice of 1 orange
Zest of 1 orange
¼cupblack olivespitted and chopped
1tablespoonDijon or grainy mustard
1tablespoonred wine vinegar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or foil.
