Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb thinly sliced beef steak ribeye or sirloin
  • 4 slices provolone cheese optional for flexible carnivore
  • 4 slices sugar-free bacon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Prepare the roll-ups: Lay the slices of beef steak flat. If using cheese, place a slice of provolone on each steak. Roll the steak tightly.
  • Wrap with bacon: Wrap each beef roll with a slice of bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  • Cook the roll-ups: Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, turning halfway, until bacon is crispy and steak is cooked through.
  • Serve: Remove toothpicks (if used) and serve hot.
