  • 2 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp tallow or clarified butter for greasing
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Season the chicken thighs: Lightly sprinkle salt on both sides of the chicken.
  • Grease the air fryer basket: Lightly coat the air fryer basket with tallow or clarified butter to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the chicken thighs: Place them in the air fryer skin-side up. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F, and the skin turns crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve: Let the chicken rest for 3 minutes before serving to retain juices.
