2 ounces white rum 1 ounce coconut cream 1 ounce heavy cream 6 ounces pineapple juice ½ cup crushed ice Garnish: Pineapple wedge cherry, or sugar-rimmed glass
Variations: Colada Float: Add a scoop of vanilla or coconut ice cream. Top with whipped cream. Strawberry Colada: Add 5-8 fresh or frozen strawberries. Garnish with pineapple and strawberry slices. Mango Colada: Replace pineapple juice with mango juice. Matcha Piña Colada: Add ½ teaspoon of matcha powder. Mint Piña Colada: Add 6-8 fresh mint leaves. Garnish with mint and a pineapple wedge.
