Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb ground chicken
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper optional for flexible carnivore
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder optional for flexible carnivore
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp tallow or clarified butter for greasing and frying

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  • Prepare the sausage patties: In a bowl, mix ground chicken with salt (add black pepper and garlic powder if following a flexible carnivore diet). Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into small patties.
  • Grease the air fryer basket: Lightly grease with 1 tbsp tallow or clarified butter to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the sausage patties: Place patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fully cooked and slightly crispy.
  • Fry the eggs: Heat a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp tallow or butter, and fry eggs to desired doneness (3-5 minutes for slightly runny yolks).
  • Serve: Plate the crispy chicken sausage patties alongside the fried eggs and enjoy immediately.

  • Cheesy Sausage Patties: Mix shredded cheese into the sausage mixture before forming patties.
