Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded hard cheese such as Parmesan or aged cheddar
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter or tallow for greasing
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Prepare the egg mixture: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, shredded cheese, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  • Grease the skillet: Lightly grease a small oven-safe skillet or an air fryer-safe dish with clarified butter or tallow.
  • Cook the frittata: Pour the egg mixture into the greased skillet and place it in the air fryer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top is golden.
  • Serve: Remove the frittata from the air fryer, slice, and serve hot.

Notes
