Ingredients
  

  • 4 large carrots
  • 3 large stalks celery
  • 2 large kale leaves
  • 1/2 bunch spinach leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 green chili

Instructions
 

  • Peel, cut, deseed, and/or chop the ingredients as needed to fit into your juicer.
  • Place a container under the juicer’s spout to collect the juice.
  • Feed the ingredients one at a time, in the order listed, through the juicer.
  • Stir the juice to combine flavors evenly and pour into glasses. Enjoy fresh.
