Instructions
In a medium-sized Dutch oven or similar soup pot, bring the broth to a simmer over high heat.
Meanwhile, heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat until it just begins to smoke. Add the tallow, swirl it around the pan, and drop in the shaved beef. Cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
To serve, divide the hot broth between two large soup bowls. Add half the noodles, shaved beef, 4 pieces of bacon, and 2 egg halves to each bowl. Serve immediately and enjoy!
