Carnivore Ramen Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups chicken or beef broth homemade or store-bought
  • 1 tablespoon tallow or another heat-tolerant fat of choice for the pot
  • ½ pound shaved beef see notes
  • Double batch Egg White Noodles
  • 4 slices regular thin-cut bacon, cooked and cut in half crosswise
  • 2 large medium-cooked eggs peeled and cut in half

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized Dutch oven or similar soup pot, bring the broth to a simmer over high heat.
  • Meanwhile, heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat until it just begins to smoke. Add the tallow, swirl it around the pan, and drop in the shaved beef. Cook for about 2 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • To serve, divide the hot broth between two large soup bowls. Add half the noodles, shaved beef, 4 pieces of bacon, and 2 egg halves to each bowl. Serve immediately and enjoy!
